FAQ’s
You can download MyESM from google play store. Simply open Google Play Store, search for MyESM app which can be easily spotted with the Eswatini Mobile logo and download to start using your app.

Once you have successfully downloaded and installed your app on your phone, you can click on it to open and the first page you will land on our sign in page and follow the following steps:
1. Sign in using your MSISDN/Mobile number, beginning with 26879xxx
2. A verification code will be sent to the mobile number you used to sign-in via SMS, enter the code on the provided space.
3. Create a 4-digit PIN of your choice that you will use for every time you login to your app.

You can only use one account on one device. If you have a dual sim phone, please note that you will have to choose one number to verify your MyESM account.
Your airtime balance will always be displayed on your dashboard upon logging in, use the side arrows for navigation to see other balances like voice bundles and SMS. Data balance is always displayed on your dashboard just after the airtime bucket.

MY ESM INTERFACE
- Dashboard: Balance of available resources
- Account management: Displays plan currently subscribed to and past services used. You can also add new service here.
- Voucher: Load airtime voucher pin.
- Mapha: For airtime sharing from one user to another.
- Pay Bills: You can pay for your contract using eMali or your bank card.
- Top Up eMali Account: You can top up your eMali account using your debit/credit bank card.
- Recharge history: History for last 6 months
- Payment history: History for last 6 months
- Logout: end session or change accounts
