  • Entry is only open to Eswatini Mobile customers aged 18 years or over. No under- age participation.
  • Winners will become Eswatini Mobile brand ambassadors and will be expected to promote our products.
  • Employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of Eswatini Mobile, any of our suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, and children.
  • The promotion commences 01/09/2026 at 0h00 and closes once the E1,000,000.00 prize is used up.
  • The draw will be conducted manually. Eswatini Mobile’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
  • To be eligible to win individuals must have purchased airtime, any of our products and services to the total of E100 or more per month. Our products include any of the following:
    • ▪ Data bundles (Local and Roaming)
    • ▪ Fuel Bags
    • ▪ Voice bundles (Local and international)
    • ▪ No Frills Packages
  • Eswatini Mobile reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by Eswatini Mobile to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  • This promotion is open to both Pay as You Go (prepaid) and postpaid customers.
  • One number is equal to one entry each month. A subscriber may only win once on this promotion.
  • Entrants are expected to have completed the VELA registration process fully.
  • Winners will be notified telephonically, and a formal prize presentation will be done with full media coverage. Should the announced draw date be a Sunday or National Holiday the presentation will be postponed to the following business day.
  • There will be weekly mini draws and winnings leading up to the main draw at the end of each month, with winners selected from the pool of entrants who have done the requirements for each weekly. All terms and conditions also apply for the weekly draws and monthly draws.
  • Winners must have a valid e-Mali account where the prize money will be deposited.
  • The winners will be required to attend a public handing over of the prize at a place and time as determined by Eswatini Mobile.
  • If a winner is not reachable telephonically, for a period of 7 days, another draw will be conducted.
  • If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Eswatini Mobile, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Eswatini Mobile reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  • Tax laws where applicable, will be observed.
